Alex Ernesto "Flaco" "Propane" Cienfuegos, 26, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 10, 2014. He was born November 7, 1987, in Houston, Texas, and raised in Baytown, Texas. He graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 2006 and attended Lee College, UTSA, and received two degrees from Northwest Vista College in San Antonio. He was currently attending Galen College of Nursing in San Antonio. His aspiration was to become an R.N. He loved helping others in many ways. For this reason, Alex became an organ donor. He was gifted in many ways; full of life, caring, adventurous and saw the beauty in everything that he came across with; whether it was his family, nature, art, music or writing. He loved life, his nieces and nephews, his dogs, fishing, basketball, kayaking, reading the bible, writing poetry, collecting fishing lures and rocks. He inspired, helped and motivated those he came in contact with. Alex will forever be missed. He leaves to cherish countless memories his parents, Oscar and Adriana Cienfuegos; brother, Carlos Cienfuegos; and sister, Michelle Cienfuegos; nieces, Madison, Kaylnn, Madilynn; nephew, Carlos Adrian Jr.; grandparents, Oscar and Rosa Cienfuegos and Rebecca Flores; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A viewing and rosary will be held at Crespo and Jirrels Funeral Home in Baytown, Texas, on Tuesday May 13, 2014 from 5:00 9:00 p.m, with the rosary recited at 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday May 14, 2014, at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Alex will be laid to rest at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
