Maria "Lupe" Coronado passed away Wednesday evening, February 15, 2012 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born October 6, 1935 in Mexico to Fidel Coronado and Felicitas Lopez. Mrs. Coronado spent her life caring for her family. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. She loved to cook and feed most of the neighborhood. She loved her grandchildren and all of her family. She loved everyone, no matter who they were. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Mrs. Coronado is survived by brother, Ismael & Natalia Coronado; sisters, Maria Reyes Coronado & Leopoldo Casas; children, Hortencia & Francisco Ayala, Francisco & Imelda Hernandez, Sandra Hernandez(Berka), Gavino & Rebecca Hernandez, Cristobal & Nori Gonzales, Adelita & Jose Chapa, Orlando & Genoveva Gonzales; grandchildren, Francisco Ayala Jr. & Miguel Perez, Mark Ayala & Eva Ruiz; Norma Ayala & Gerardo Ramirez, Juliana Ayala, Melissa Ayala & Daisy Casillas, Christopher Lee Hernandez & Sharon Smith, Jeremy Lee Hernandez & Rachel Burt, Jennifer Hernandez & Jorge Cervantes, Robert David Pecina, Adam Berka, Gavino Hernandez Jr., Natalia Hernandez, Marissa Hernandez, Victoria Hernandez, Illina Gonzales, Nori Ylianna Gonzales, Noah Gonzales, Alejandro Gonzales, Alexis Perales, Cristian Gonzales, Elena Gutierrez, LeAndra Gonzales, Cyrus Gonzales, Ariana Gonzales; great grandchildren, Ayesha Dai Ayala, Marissa Ayala, Maise Ayala, Bryanna Ramirez, Gerardo Ramirez Jr., Noe Guerrero Jr., Clarissa Guerrero, Noah Guerrero, and Alyssa Hernandez.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, with Fr. Jesus Lizalde as Celebrant. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Honoring the family as pallbearers will be Francisco Ayala Jr., Mark Ayala, Christopher Lee Hernandez, Jeremy Lee Hernandez, Robert David Pecina, and Gavino Hernandez Jr.
